But seriously, I don't ordinarily do it without having a note at the bottom explaining that "this post first appeared on the XYZ blog." However (a) this was short and (b) I actually told Paul - who brought the video to my attention - that he ought to post it on the Quincy blog, but then I figured since I already had it typed up I might as well just post it there too.
